Wates Group is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader based at Walton-on-Thames for the Responsive Maintenance division, focusing on VOID properties in social housing. You will restore empty homes to a high standard from our Walton-on-Thames office, delivering repairs and multi-trade tasks to re-let properties.
You will work independently or with others, provide daily task sheets, and liaise with your Supervisor on additional trades while maintaining quality, safety and customer-focused service.
