Role Description
The Person al Banker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Wanaque, NJ. This professional will assist clients with their banking needs, including opening new accounts, managing personal banking requests, and processing deposits. The role also involves providing financial guidance, identifying opportunities to recommend financial solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Senior Personal Banker will act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term relationships while adhering to all banking regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Personal Banking and Opening New Accounts Preferred
- Proficiency in managing Deposits and understanding basic Finance principles
- Strong skills in providing exceptional Customer Service
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work within banking compliance standards
- Minimum High School graduate - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients
- Previous experience in retail banking or financial services is an asset
