We are looking for a dedicated Room Leader (toddler room) to join a reputable nursery in Wandsworth, delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 0 5. This is a full-time position offering clear responsibilities, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Childcare or above (essential)

• Previous experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role

• Professional, reliable, and passionate about supporting children s development

Role Overview:

• Lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences

• Plan, implement, and evaluate activities in line with the EYFS

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children

• Support and mentor your team, fostering collaboration and professional growth

• Communicate effectively with parents and carers about children s progress

• Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery and support wider nursery initiatives
