Full-time, Permanent Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a real difference in young peoples lives? We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our team and lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) . About

The Role As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children can thrive. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver high-quality care in line with Ofsted regulations and organisational values.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the homes management, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and relevant legislation. Provide strong leadership and clear direction to your team. Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs and promote positive outcomes. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively. Foster a positive and therapeutic environment that promotes growth, stability, and emotional wellbeing. Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care (Children and Young Peoples Services) or equivalent. Proven experience working in or managing a Children's Residential Home. Strong understanding and practical experience of supporting children and young people with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Up-to-date knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislation.
