About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our client on their planned works team within the social housing sector. Duties:
Undertake electrical installations including:
Consumer unit upgrades Full/partial rewires Kitchen and bathroom electrical upgrades Smoke/heat alarm installations Ventilation and extractor fan installations Carry out programmed maintenance works in accordance with contract specifications. Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works in line with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in both void and occupied properties Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures Comply with statutory regulations, internal policies, and current wiring standards Record and report completed works using a PDA or similar system Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation AM2 2391 18th Edition Demonstrable experience, ideally within the social housing or domestic repair sector Full UK driving licence
