Multi Trade Operative

Location: Battersea

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role. This role will be working in residential properties on a fixed site. Undertaking reactive repairs and maintenance works within communal areas and commercial units.

Our client is a well-established Property Management company and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

Please note that this role is 40 hours per week, working Wednesday-Sunday.

The Role:

* Carry out carpentry repairs to doors and windows.

* Perform basic locksmith tasks, including lock and door closer adjustments.

* Undertake light decorating and flooring works.

* Conduct security and H&S inspections, reporting any defects.

* General building upkeep.

* Assist with bin collection and cleaning of bin areas.

* Record all work accurately using the company’s mobile app.

* Work closely with estate managers, contractors, and the wider maintenance team.

Desirable:

* Experience working in domestic/residential properties or facilities maintenance works

* Good communication skills with residents

Schedule:

* Wednesday
-Sunday

* 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break
