Central Supply Clerk – Skilled Nursing Care (Wantagh, NY)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
A respected long-term care facility in Wantagh, NY is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Central Supply Clerk to join its operations team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate inventory across nursing stations and supply areas
- Process supply orders for nursing, housekeeping, and administrative departments
- Receive and unpack deliveries; verify contents against purchase orders
- Ensure supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Communicate with departments to anticipate supply needs and avoid shortages
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of medical supplies is a plus
- Inventory experience is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
