The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks, including ordering, data entry, filing, and related duties. - Perform administrative functions such as distributing mail, ordering, stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
- Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance.
- Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as necessary.
- Maintain office memos and informational postings.
- Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft applications:
Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. - Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform frequent repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
