As an Automotive Service Advisor
, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department.

Greet customers promptly and professionally

Schedule and manage service appointments

Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues

Recommend factory-recommended maintenance and additional services

Prepare parts and labor estimates

Obtain customer authorization for recommended repairs

Communicate repair status, recommendations, and timelines

Coordinate vehicle repairs with technicians and service management

Review completed repairs with customers

Process repair orders accurately

Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores

Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Help maximize service department sales and profitability

Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience

At least 1 year of automotive dealership experience required

Jeep/CDJR experience is a plus

Strong sales and customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Computer proficiency

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
