Full-Time | Experienced Automotive Technicians Wanted

Merrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Inc., a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group, is hiring experienced Automotive A & B Technicians / Auto Mechanics to join our busy, high-performing service department.

If you're an experienced Automotive Technician, A Technician, B Technician, Master Technician, Auto Mechanic, or Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram Technician looking for excellent earning potential, steady work, and a professional dealership environment, we want to hear from you!

$35 – $50+ per hour based on experience and qualifications

Your experience, diagnostic ability, certifications, and technical skill will determine your starting rate.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics
• Complete routine maintenance and complex repairs
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, and drivability repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair information systems
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity and efficiency goals

Experienced Automotive A & B Technicians / Auto Mechanics who have:

• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive service environment
• Ability to diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Ability to efficiently complete repairs with quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram experience is a plus, but experienced technicians from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply.
