Job Summary
Usher Supervisor – responsible for supervising and coordinating Ushers within a Live Nation venue, providing customer service, training, scheduling, compliance with safety regulations, and closing operations.
Responsibilities- Direct and supervise Ushers and similar staff, greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries and complaints.
- Lead and train staff on event‑specific details.
- Coordinate team rest periods per state and local law and arrange coverage.
- Assist management to ensure compliance with venue policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Participate in the venue’s sustainability program (e.g., waste sorting, recycling, fan education).
- Partner with band members at end of show to close the venue, including collecting recyclables and storing equipment.
- Oversee productivity, assign and schedule duties, and communicate challenges and status to management.
- Enforce safety, health, and security duties.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Cleaning Services Manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity for constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs. or more, and occasional sitting.
$17.00 USD hourly.
