This is an in-office employment opportunity in Wantagh, NY that would allow you to support Financial Advisors with LPL Financial under our Employee Advisor Model. This role may provide support to multiple advisors operating within the credit union space. This opportunity is an excellent steppingstone to continue to build on your wealth management experience and opportunities to work with multiple internal departments at a growing company.

As a Senior Client Service Associate, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within the financial advisor's practice. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the firm's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, exceptional client service abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating them on firm services and solutions.
• Assist with account-related requests, including transactions, maintenance, and online access, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage client onboarding by collecting documentation, assessing risk profiles, and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare reports and meeting materials, monitor account alerts, and support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with financial advisors on business plans, marketing initiatives, and client engagement strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting, and actively participate in training and firm initiatives to stay current on policies and platforms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
• 2+ years of experience in client service industry

Pay Range: $23.52-$39.17/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
