Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

The Assistant Pre-Owned Manager plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a high-volume used car department. This position assists with vehicle acquisitions, inventory management, customer communication, online merchandising, vehicle appraisals, and dealership operations.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in automotive sales, inventory management, vehicle acquisition, appraisal, or dealership management.

• Assist with vehicle acquisition efforts and appraisal processes
• Support inventory management and vehicle merchandising initiatives
• Track and maintain inventory records accurately
• Assist with incoming vehicle inspections and inventory processing
• Coordinate vehicle movement and inventory organization

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle inquiries
• Follow dealership customer follow-up processes
• Assist with prospect development and lead management
• Maintain a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business

• Assist with vehicle photos and online inventory listings
• Update vehicle descriptions and online marketing content
• Ensure accurate vehicle information across multiple online platforms
• Monitor inventory presentation and merchandising standards

• Assist the Pre-Owned Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations
• Maintain accurate data entry and dealership records
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly activities to improve performance and efficiency
• Attend dealership training and development programs
• Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned

Salary - $75,000+ Annual inclusive of salary and commission

Full-Time Position

Monday & Tuesday - 12pm - 8pm
Wednesday 9am-8pm
Thursday - OFF
Friday & Saturday 9am - 6pm
Every other Sunday 11am - 5pm
