Merrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Inc, a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Full-Time Opportunity: 5/6 Day Work Week
Weekend Availability Required
Salary:$100,000 - $125,000 plus - (inclusive of commission and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:Lead, direct, and support the Sales Team to achieve sales goals.
Supervise and manage the sales team’s daily activities, including prospecting and networking to acquire new customers.
Utilize strong desking skills to assist in deal structuring and closing.
Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Train, motivate, and coach the sales team for peak performance.
Manage and maintain the customer database to support sales initiatives.
Collaborate with General Management for deal turnovers and effective operations.
Promote the success of the company, dealership, and sales staff.
Qualifications:Minimum of 3
years of Sales Manager experience within an automotive dealership.
Proven track record of strong closing skills.
Extensive knowledge of CDK, Vin Solutions, and Auto Alert.
Ability to train and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Excellent understanding and execution of dealership sales processes.
Preferred Experience:3+ years in a dealership management role.
