Operate heavy equipment safely to stage bails and loose raw materials;
Manage inventory and maintain material organization for production;
Maintain safety and follow all mill policies including PPE and lock-out-tag-out procedures;
Read orders, perform basic mathematical computations, and complete documentation using basic computer skills;
Conduct pre/post shift equipment checks and basic housekeeping to keep work areas clean
