Summary Load or unload vans, bulk trucks and railcars of production material, building supplies or equipment for use in the plant or shipment to the customer.

• Unload incoming trucks, vans, rail cars, etc.
• Load outgoing trucks, vans, rail cars, etc.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documents.
• Confirms and/or properly labels incoming or outgoing materials.
• Secures gaylords to skids if required.
• Confirm weights of materials as instructed.
• Transfer bulk materials from trucks or rail cars to receiving silos.
• Transport product samples to QC lab if required.
• Clean rail cars for shipment.
• Clean P/E holding tanks.
• Clean Bulk Material Transfer Systems and perform routine maintenance on same.
• Repackage customer samples or resale material.
• Prepare rail siding for rail movements. (Move pipes, draw bridge, etc.)
• Seal rail cars and bulk trucks for shipment.
• Inventory all material in Shipping Warehouse.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and reports all hazards to Supervisor.
• Wears proper safety equipment.
• Performs other duties and assignments as directed by supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Skilled in the use of basic computer software.

• Manufacturing Environment

• Individual is expected to perform job duties safely and in compliance with documentation outlined in the Safety, Health & Environmental
• Follow instructions for safe handling of materials as per product Material Safety Data
• Wears proper safety equipment as specified in Material Safety Data Sheets or work
• Attend monthly safety meetings as scheduled by the Safety

• Individual is expected to perform job duties in compliance with defined management system requirements.
