What You’ll Do:- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Support and direct STNAs
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Follow all state and federal guidelines
- Active LPN license in Ohio
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player with a positive attitude
