We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:- Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while promoting dignity and respect.
- Current LPN license in the State of Ohio.
- A caring, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional care in a long‑term care environment.
