Personal Shopper; In-Store

Shift may start between 8:00 am and 11:00 am, or between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

Online Order Filling associates focus on locating, preparing, packaging, and dispensing online orders. They ensure order accuracy, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed. The role requires consistent engagement with customers during the dispensing process and the ability to manage a fast‑paced environment.

• Shop for customer‑selected items in all store departments
• Prepare and package merchandise for online orders
• Dispense orders to customers and discuss substitutions or concerns
• Balance online order tasks with assistance to in‑store customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly greeting
• Ability to answer product questions and guide customers to desired items
