Assistant Program Director
As an Assistant Program Director, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing Our Early Learning Center ensuring high-quality programming, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. By managing staff, and collaborating on program performance, you'll help create safe, nurturing environments where children, families, and educators can thrive.

Oversee operations and programming in our Early Learning Center.
Ensure the program meets Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations and BHN policies
Maintain licensing compliance and uphold high-quality standards
Focused on play based learning and kindergarten readiness
Knowledge of curriculum building that supports Early Education development
Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to monitor budgets, revenue, and enrollment
Ensure optimal enrollment and program sustainability within the site
Provide ongoing administrative and programmatic support to leadership staff
Identify challenges, problem-solve effectively, and communicate key updates to leadership
An experienced leader in early childhood education with strong operational and supervisory skills
Skilled managing, priorities, and teams in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative professional who communicates effectively with staff, families, and leadership
Organized, proactive, and able to respond to challenges and urgent needs
Committed to providing inclusive and supportive, trauma informed care that is culturally responsive to a diverse population
Comfortable using technology and supporting others in administrative systems
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing child care programs preferred
Must meet EEC qualifications for Center Director
Director Certification (Required)
Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Safety certifications
Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining EEC requirements
Ability to work across multiple sites and with diverse groups of children, families, and staff
SALARY- $58K-$76K
