We’re growing and hiring a  Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant  to support patients throughout the  Ware  residential area of Massachusetts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing in-home PTA treatments as directed by the supervising PT (no guesswork, no being left alone).
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to keep things moving forward.
Educating patients and caregivers on exercises that actually carry over into daily life.
Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR that won’t steal your evenings.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
1+ year of clinical experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently, but never unsupported
EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally scar you)
Home health experience is a plus — but not required
