Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Behavior Technician to provide in-person ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized programs, collect progress data, and support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
You will work closely with a BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed. Training is provided, and a collaborative, compassionate team environment is fostered to support client outcomes.
