Home Health Aide & CNA Caregiver

No HHA or CNA certification yet? We offer free HHA training and certification to qualified applicants.

Agawam, Belchertown, Brimfield, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Granby, Hampden, Holland, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Monson, Palmer, South Hadley, Springfield, Wales, Ware, Warren, West Springfield, Wilbraham, and nearby communities.

Hourly rate: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience and assignment location.

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Duties may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal-care needs

• Providing friendly companionship and emotional encouragement

• Preparing meals based on clients' preferences and dietary needs

• Helping with light housekeeping, including laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning

• Running essential errands, such as grocery shopping

• Offering medication reminders

• Observing clients and reporting changes in their condition to the appropriate supervisor

• Responding calmly and responsibly to urgent situations

• A reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license

• HHA or CNA certification is welcome, but not required

• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

• Dependability, compassion, patience, and respect for clients

• Strong time-management and organization skills

• Commitment to client safety, confidentiality, and agency care standards
