Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems; set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.;
Ensure high quality food, quick service, food safety, cost control, and train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items.;

Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a memorable customer experience; ensure sales promotions are done well; train service staff; and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service.;
Lead department teams to meet safety, quality, and customer service standards.
