Stocking Team Associate

Job Overview

Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new freight. The majority of the work is performed in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds, and operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and prepare items for stocking.
• Stock merchandise on shelves and in the backroom.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the backroom area.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment (e.g., forklifts) as required.

• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Experience with or willingness to learn to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Hourly Wage: $16 – $29 per hour.
Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
