- 1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment to ensure maximum uptime and longevity.
- 2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in production machinery and support equipment.
- 3. Troubleshoot PLCs and automation systems to ensure optimum performance and safety.
- 5. Oversee the operation and maintenance of conveyor systems, ensuring smooth and efficient product movement.
- 6. Respond to emergency maintenance calls quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
- 7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent.
- 8. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify potential improvements and implement solutions.
- 9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- 10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
- 1. High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree in a technical field preferred. - 2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
- 3. Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, robotics, conveyor systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- 4. Excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with a strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- 5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems.
- 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- 8. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
