What you’ll need to be:

A shift leader or assistant manager whois kind, calm and approachable
Confident overseeing opening/closing,safety and security procedures
Well‑presented, detail‑focused and professional
Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
A natural host who loves creating day making moments
Looking for an employer that recognizes and rewards talent
Experienced in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food‑led environment
