The duties of this position include:
* Handle all clerical work for the team chairperson
* Organize the scheduling and documentation for annual and three year IEP reviews
* Mail out meeting notices
* Make changes in IEP's and amendments as needed
* Schedule all manifestation determination meetings
* Schedule all progress meetings as needed
* Schedule all localization meetings as needed for new students
* Schedule all new referrals for initial eligibility meetings
* Maintain all active and inactive special education files
* Maintain office supplies
* Create supply order requisitions as needed
Additional Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Computer responsibilities - reports, mailings, etc.
* Copying necessary items
* Answering telephone
* Coverage of other administrative assistant positions within the building as needed
* Other duties as assigned by the Principals or Director of Student Services
