Role Description

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) is a part‑time, on‑site role based in Wareham, MA. The assistant supports daily office operations by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing email and mail, and providing clear information in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining digital and paper records, preparing basic reports, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing documents, processing forms, supporting management with clerical tasks, coordinating communication between office staff, field crews, and clients, and translating/interpreting basic documents and conversations.

Qualifications
  • Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Experience providing executive administrative assistance or direct support to supervisors or managers is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in both languages.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning new systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in administration or construction‑related environments is a plus.
