In collaboration with other professional and paraprofessional staff, this educator will work within the school setting to facilitate instruction for all students in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction that meets diverse learning needs while maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment.
• Manage effective classroom routines.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and team collaboration.
• Provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students to foster their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Research and implement evidence-based interventions and teaching strategies, and follow the district curriculum.
• Communicate and engage families in the educational life of students.
• Assume necessary supervisory responsibilities when required.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans.
• Foster strong partnerships with families, teachers, instructional assistants, and therapists.
• Works collaboratively with other teachers, instructors, coordinators, and administration to support the overall needs of the students.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $59,457 to $110,466 Per Year

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have an active license issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in PreK-2.
• Some positions may require a Mass license in Special Education (Teacher of students with moderate disabilities PreK-2).
• An active Early Childhood Certification issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to a collaborative team approach.
• SEI Endorsement:
  Candidates must have a Sheltered English Immersion endorsement, which is vital for supporting English language learners in the classroom. Experience working with young children with diverse learning needs.
• Background in social-emotional learning and behavior management.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
• Attend the New Teacher Orientation August 19-20, 2026.
