Job DescriptionLTS Science Teacher
Responsibilities for the Long-Term Sub for Science teacher are:
For the beginning of the 2026/27 school year, teach 8th grade science and one section of Forensic Science (grades 10-12).
Prepare and deliver lessons to students on topics appropriate to the content.
Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.
Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.

- A valid Massachusetts State Certification preferred. Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate as a member of a team, have strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, have experience with students in grades 8-12, and have strong computing and technology skills and be able to effectively manage instructional equipment and supplies.
