LTS Science Teacher

Responsibilities for the Long-Term Sub for Science teacher are:

For the beginning of the 2026/27 school year, teach 8th grade science and one section of Forensic Science (grades 10-12).

Prepare and deliver lessons to students on topics appropriate to the content.

Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.

Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.

Salary: $323.14 to $355.82 Per Day

• A valid Massachusetts State Certification preferred. Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate as a member of a team, have strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, have experience with students in grades 8-12, and have strong computing and technology skills and be able to effectively manage instructional equipment and supplies.
