We are searching for a talented RN for the Med/Tele Dept.UP TO $12,000 NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS!*
Hours: 36hrs
Shift: Night shift, 7:15pm – 7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Tobey Hospital – Wareham, MA
Exciting opportunity on SK2!! A busy medical telemetry unit with an average daily census of 24 patients. Excellent department to encounter a variety of diagnoses that challenge and develop clinical skills. We are known for our teamwork and for the sense of community among the staff.
Sign On Details- $12,000 New Hire Sign On with 3+ years of RN experience
- $10,000 New Hire Sign On with 1-3 years of RN experience
- $7,500 New Hire Sign On with less than 1 year of RN experience

ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or Designee of the assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Maintain standards for professional nursing practice within the assigned patient care unit. Provide appropriate care suitable for the age group of patients regularly served.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
- Over three months up to and including one year experience is preferred.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus, or be exempt by signing a statement certifying the choice to be exempt.
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range: USD $40.35 – $71.76 per hour
Rotation Schedule RequirementEvery other weekend and holiday rotation.
