We are searching for an EXPERIENCED RN for the ICU Dept.
* UP TO $12,000 NEW HIRE SIGN‑ON BONUS!*
Hours: 32 hrs
Shift: Night shift, 11:15 pm – 7:15 am with weekend and holiday rotation
Location:
Tobey Hospital – Wareham, MA
*Sign‑On Details
- $12,000 New Hire Sign‑On with 3+ years of RN ICU experience
- $9,600 New Hire Sign‑On with 1–3 years of RN ICU experience
- $8,000 New Hire Sign‑On with 1+ years of Hospital RN Experience OR less than 1 year RN ICU experience
- Re‑hires beyond 1 year are eligible

Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or a designee of an assigned unit, the RN performs a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient‑team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient‑care unit. The RN must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age group of the patients served.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent (required)
- Over three months up to and including one year of experience (preferred)
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within six months of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19, or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying choice of exemption once hired
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
