Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician Trainee performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.;
Provide support to pharmacy operations to ensure accurate dispensing and safe medication handling.;
Assist with medication preparation and distribution as trained, maintaining proper documentation.;
Contribute to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department.
