Base salary: $80,000–$105,000. Bonus: up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus. Additional compensation opportunities include incentives for productivity, certifications and location differentials.

• Review patients’ medical history and current symptoms.
• Diagnose patients through observation of movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
• Maintain strong clinical and documentation standards.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
