Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of up to 100 students, including consultation, service delivery, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and related assessments
- Provide school-based consultation for students with behavioral, developmental, and social-emotional needs
- Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide intervention decisions
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Provide parent consultation and training when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and data
- Provide supervision hours for and consultation to ABA and RBT certified paraprofessionals or other related staff
- Comply with state and federal special education regulations
- Communicate regularly, effectively and professionally with parents
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure regulatory compliance
- Communicate with supervising evaluator and administrative team
- Provide consultation for students who may attend Out of District Programs or private or religious schools, but reside in the district
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Mentor provided
- Must pass a CORI and Fingerprinting check
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Postgraduate certificate degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
