Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a Occupational Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the West Yarmouth area. You'll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

• Experience in both SNF & OP settings

• Provide OT services
• Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
• Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

• MA Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Pending licensure
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
