Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to licensed clinicians within the substance use disorder program
- Review and sign counselor assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Support the development of individualized recovery and treatment plans based on patient needs and program standards
- Review discharge planning to ensure appropriate after‑care services and referral resources are in place
- Provide case consultation, mentoring, and feedback to clinical counselors
- Collaborate with medical staff, recovery specialists, and operational teams to support coordinated patient care
- Maintain high standards of clinical integrity, documentation accuracy, and evidence‑based treatment practices
- Assist in staff training and development to strengthen clinical competencies
- Support the Senior Director of Behavioral Health in maintaining regulatory, operational, and clinical standards
- Participate in team meetings, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, mental health, addictions counseling, or related field
- Independent clinical licensure (examples may include LADC I, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, depending on state requirements)
- Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience
- At least 1 year of clinical supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of evidence‑based treatment approaches for substance use disorders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
- Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or major holidays
