Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000

What You’ll Do
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to licensed clinicians within the substance use disorder program
  • Review and sign counselor assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
  • Support the development of individualized recovery and treatment plans based on patient needs and program standards
  • Review discharge planning to ensure appropriate after‑care services and referral resources are in place
  • Provide case consultation, mentoring, and feedback to clinical counselors
  • Collaborate with medical staff, recovery specialists, and operational teams to support coordinated patient care
  • Maintain high standards of clinical integrity, documentation accuracy, and evidence‑based treatment practices
  • Assist in staff training and development to strengthen clinical competencies
  • Support the Senior Director of Behavioral Health in maintaining regulatory, operational, and clinical standards
  • Participate in team meetings, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, mental health, addictions counseling, or related field
  • Independent clinical licensure (examples may include LADC I, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, depending on state requirements)
  • Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience
  • At least 1 year of clinical supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of evidence‑based treatment approaches for substance use disorders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
