Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a maintenance team in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for building and improving the preventive maintenance program, using data to improve equipment reliability, and developing maintenance processes and technician skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and implement a preventive maintenance (PM) program from the ground up and improve PM completion and compliance.

Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians across production areas.

Organize maintenance processes, schedules, and priorities to support reliable production.

Use maintenance and production data to improve efficiency, OEE, equipment reliability, and overall maintenance performance.

Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for improvement across maintenance operations.

Improve parts management, CMMS processes, and other maintenance systems.

Develop technician skill levels through training, coaching, and hands-on leadership.

Help manage maintenance priorities for equipment including ovens, dryers, mixers, sheeting and panning lines, proofers, slicers, dicers, seasoning equipment, and other bakery production machinery.

Qualifications:

Strong maintenance leadership and team management experience is required.

Proven experience building and implementing a preventive maintenance program.

Experience using maintenance and production data to improve OEE, efficiency, and equipment reliability.

Strong understanding of CMMS systems, parts management, and maintenance scheduling.

Experience developing and improving maintenance teams and technician skill levels.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
