Assemblers, Manufacturing ​/ Production

CoWorx currently hiring assemblers in Wareham, MA. All skill levels are welcome to apply. Assemblers will use hand and power tools to assemble a variety of products used in manufacturing facilities. Candidates must follow written and verbal instruction to ensure assemblies meet quality standards and be comfortable lifting 30–50 lbs.

• Trimming and cutting wire to specified length
• Tinning wires
• Crimping wires
• Using soldering irons
• Wiring product
• Lifting between 30 and 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Alternating sitting and standing throughout the shift is required

• Mechanically inclined individuals are preferred
• Previous assembly experience is preferred but not required
• Interest in electronics or automotive is a plus
• Basic math skills are required

Positions are available in multiple areas. Pay varies based on position, location, and shift. These are temp‑to‑hire opportunities.
