Compensation

Hourly Wage: $17.5 - $30.5 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be required.
