We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working on a wide variety of equipment and machinery in a hands‑on shop environment.
No two days are the same. Our maintenance team services and repairs everything from automobiles, pickup trucks, and heavy equipment to pumps, hydraulic systems, small engines, agricultural machinery, and specialized cranberry farming equipment. We also perform welding, fabrication, troubleshooting, and custom repairs to keep our operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automobiles, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Service gasoline and diesel engines
- Maintain and repair pumps, irrigation systems, and water management equipment
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform welding and fabrication projects
- Repair and maintain small engines and powered equipment
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs and equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Work safely and follow company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to support cranberry operations and production activities
- Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of mechanical equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and pumping systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable, self‑motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Flexibility to support seasonal operational needs
