Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems throughout facilities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems).;
Inspect mechanical areas, equipment and piping systems.;
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning equipment and systems; make repairs, calibrate and test.;
Read, record and interpret data/readings; operate Hospital Building Management Systems and equipment.;
Perform water/chemical testing of cooling towers and HVAC systems and add chemical treatment as needed.
