What You’ll Do:
  • Safely operate tow trucks to provide roadside assistance and towing services.
  • Ensure vehicles are securely loaded and transported per safety regulations.
  • Perform basic mechanical inspections and maintenance on tow trucks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, reassuring attitude.
  • Navigate efficiently using GPS to reach service locations promptly.
  • Work alongside Police agency's
  • Help maintain the shops and yards as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Mechanical knowledge
    :
    Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • TIM's certification ( can be done at  for free)
  • Customer service skills
    :
    You’ll be the face of our company when drivers need help most, so communication and care are key!
  • Valid DOT health card
  • Team player
    :
    Positive, reliable, and able to work well with your colleagues.
  • Local knowledge
    :
    Familiarity with roads, highways, and local routes is a huge plus.
  • Must be able to cross state lines
  • Must come in person to do application and background /CORI form
