About the Role

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations, ensure quality service, manage inventory, and lead a team.

• Manage all tasks during shifts, including staffing, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Control costs, inventory, and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand presentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle relations.
• Drive profitability through efficient operations.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients and manage inventory.
• Prepare product and handle orders.
• Process telephone orders.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

• Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

• Provide clear written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers for orders.

• Perform accurate math operations.
• Handle monetary change correctly.
• Process orders verbally, written, and by phone.
• Operate computer keyboards or touch screens.
• Navigate delivery routes and locations.
• Handle adverse terrain while transporting goods.

• Varying weather during deliveries.
• Temperature ranges across store areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust.
• Work in cramped or hot environments.
• Use of sharp edges and moving machinery.

• Telephone hearing and near/mid vision.
• Depth perception and temperature differentiation.
• Night vision for driving.

Ability to direct activities, work under stress, maintain quality control, and make sound judgments.

Standing
:
Most tasks from a standing position at heights between 36" and 48".

Walking
:
Short distances, travel between store and delivery vehicle.

Sitting
:
Paperwork at office desks.

Lifting
:
Unload bulk deliveries (up to 50 lbs, 3' x 1.5").

Carrying
:
Carry items up to 30 lbs, trays of pizza dough, etc.

Pushing
:
Move trays on dollies, 7.5 lbs force.

Climbing
:
Occasional stairs or ladders; delivery may involve 5+ flights.

Stooping/Bending
:
Short periods of bending and kneeling for assembly.

Crouching/Squatting
:
Occasional for stocking and cleaning.

Reaching
:
Frequent overhead and front reach for ingredients and signs.

Driving
:
Deliver pizzas within designated area, multiple deliveries per shift.

Hand Tasks
:
Continuous eye‑hand coordination, carrying, slicing, packaging.

Equipment
:
Use of pencils, computers, phones, calculators, pizza tools.

Valid driver's license and safe driving record required, plus access to a licensed insured vehicle.
