As a Tow Truck Operator at Marc's, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently to assist with vehicle recovery and transport.
• Delivering top‑notch customer service while interacting with clients during potentially stressful situations.
• Performing basic roadside automotive repairs as needed.
• Maintaining the tow truck and ensuring it’s in excellent working condition.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.

We’re seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in towing, automotive repair, or a related field.
• Licensing: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Background: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
