Job Summary: Safe Touch Security’s Account Billing and Collection Specialist is responsible for managing residential and commercial accounts by supporting billing operations, resolving discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payment of services. This role partners closely with internal departments and clients to provide accurate invoicing, efficient account management, and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment of services.
  • Monitor past‑due balances and communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment arrangements.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment allocations, and account disputes promptly.
  • Provide account statements, invoices, and account ledgers to clients for reconciliation purposes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, corporate clients, and business representatives regarding billing and account‑related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage VIP and key commercial accounts, ensuring prompt communication and high‑level account support.
  • Process account updates, including billing changes, service adjustments, and account closures as needed.
  • Document accurate and detailed records of client communications, account activity, and payment history.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer account information by handling sensitive billing and payment data in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with account reconciliations, settlements, and collections efforts for other accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience with billing, account reconciliation, and collections processes, including the use of automated outbound calling systems such as predictive, power, or preview dialers.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and industry‑related software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally manage client and internal stakeholder communications across multiple channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Pass a drug screen and background check requirements.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform work while seated, standing, walking, or moving between locations for extended periods.
  • Use computers and related technology, read electronic and printed materials, and observe details at close range.
  • Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically.
  • Occasionally move or transport light objects.

Job Type
:
Full-time, non‑exempt

Core Work Hours/Availability: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Incentives: Yes, 4% commissions on collections.
