Join a stable, growing organization in a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the Controller. Will lead the financial close and reporting process, oversee internal controls and compliance, support strategic initiatives, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee financial statement preparation, management reporting, and SOX compliance
• Partner with auditors, global stakeholders, and cross-functional business leaders
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support strategic business initiatives
• Mentor and develop accounting staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required
• Progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with in E&P and/or Big Four public accounting preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and partner effectively across the organization
• Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal), and leadership skills
