The firm provides comprehensive accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and client service.

Role Description The Audit Professional role is full-time and on-site located in Warner Robins, GA with travel to client sites. This role is responsible for planning and performing financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for non-profit organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with clients and staff to complete all phases of financial statement audits. The Audit Professional will communicate regularly with clients to obtain information, clarify issues, and present audit observations and recommendations.

The role also includes collaborating with team members, assisting with engagement planning, and contributing to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting skills to understand transactions and apply relevant standards
  • Expertise in non-profit financial statements, including preparation, analysis, and assessment of accuracy and compliance
  • Well-developed analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify variances
  • Strong communication skills for working with clients and collaborating with team members
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or CPA eligibility is preferred
  • Experience in public accounting and audit engagements, including workpaper preparation and use of audit software.
  • Knowledge of GAAS and GAAP and a willingness to pursue ongoing professional education.
