The Policy Administration Professional 2 creates, reviews, and maintains catalog of company policies and procedures. The Policy Administration Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Policy Administration Professional 2 works with policy owners, creates documentation and write policies governing company processes and practices. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
Less than 5 years of technical experience
Progressive strategic and operational experience in a Professional leadership capacity, preferably with a Fortune 100 company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree of Business Administration
Strong comfort with financial acumen including experience managing data and numbers
Additional Information
Policy Development Support
o Assist with drafting, updating, and formatting Medicaid policy documents in accordance with current templates and regulatory requirements.
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate accurate policy content.
o Ensure all documents are consistent with Client's policy standards and applicable federal and state guidelines.
2. Process Documentation
o Develop, revise, and maintain process documentation related to Medicaid operations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
o Map out key workflows and procedures, identifying critical steps and responsibilities.
o Work with operational teams to validate documented processes and update as needed.
3. Template Transition
o Support the transition of legacy policy and process documents to new HIDE/FIDE templates as directed.
o Perform quality checks to ensure all transferred information is accurate and properly formatted.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance
o Ensure that all documents adhere to Client's quality audit standards and compliance requirements.
o Maintain documentation version control and adhere to internal documentation management protocols.
5. Stakeholder Communication
o Communicate status updates and seek clarification from relevant stakeholders as needed.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address documentation gaps and incorporate feedback.
6. Administrative Support
o Assist with organizing, archiving, and retrieving policy and process documents.
o Track progress of policy and documentation projects to ensure timelines are met.
